Oval Ball Terms and Conditions

I (for myself and on behalf of any guests) acknowledge that the Doha Rugby Football Club shall be exonerated of all liability for the partial or full non-execution of the present agreement as the result of a fortuitous event, an act by a third party, or a case of a Force Majeure event such as total or partial strike, war, closure, flood, fire or any other disaster.

 

I agree to be considered responsible for all damage or destruction of the facilities and equipment of the venue and vicinity where the Oval Ball is to be held, whether accidentally or voluntarily caused by myself or any of my guests. 

 

I acknowledge that the management of the Intercontinental Hotel or the Doha Rugby Football Club has sole discretion to stop or disallow any hazardous activities by myself or my guests and further has discretion to require I or my guests leave the venue and vicinity immediately.

 

I acknowledge that neither the Doha Rugby Football Club nor the Intercontinental Hotel bears any obligation or liability with respect to any of my items or belongings (or those of my guests) lost or damaged within the premises, or for death or personal injury of myself or my guests, and I and my guests bear full responsibility for any items or belongings brought to the venue or vicinity. 

 

I acknowledge that Food and Beverage are not allowed to be brought inside the Hotel.
